The Village A Residential Lifestyle village is being established in a private section of Launceston Holiday Park in Legana 10Km North of the Launceston GPO. Our objective is to provide an alternate, affordable style of housing to singles or couples. The lifestyle will be particularly appealing to retired or near retired person/s whose children no longer live with them. How does it work? A brand new unit can be purchased which is designed to your tastes and requirements. There are various options and configurations with either one or two bedrooms. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required prior to the unit being established. The balance of the total purchase price will be due on completion or alternatively on a mutually agreed date. Normally a unit should be completed within 90 days; this term can make it easier for those wishing to sell their house. A prospective buyer should however confirm the number of days with the owners. |

The unit is established on a chosen site
within the village. On occupation the owner of the unit will
pay to the owners a Site Fee. This fee is payable in advance
on a fortnightly basis. Note! For the first stage special offers are being negotiated! As soon as the unit has been paid for it becomes your property. If your circumstances were to change the unit could easily be shifted elsewhere or it could be sold on site to a purchaser who must be approved by the owners. The purchase price includes the specified unit, Painted with floor coverings and a Granite kitchen. A verandah and base boards and local landscaping. Site fees will be $120.00 per week to cover Management fees, Rates and Taxes. These fees will only rise with in line with CPI. and Government fees and charges.
