Online Booking Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at www.islandcabins.com.au . When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with IslandCabins Pty Ltd of 445 Macquarie St South Hobart 7005. All rates featured on this site are offered subject to availability and IslandCabins reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
PRICING
All prices shown online are in A$ per room per night (unless otherwise stated) based on 2 people in an accommodation unit for one or more consecutive night stays. Additional people incur a charge that is shown in the total figure.
All prices include GST at the rate (10%).
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a confirmation email.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and the costs of external national telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with IslandCabins Pty Ltd that you irrevocably authorise IslandCabins Pty Ltd to debit your credit or debit for the amount incurred.
DOGS
We are unable to accommodate animals in any of IslandCabins accommodation with the exception of Guide Dogs.
CHECKING IN AND OUT
Arrival and Departure
Accommodation units are available from 12.00 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager.
DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS
When making an online booking with IslandCabins you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. By confirming your booking your card will be debited for the agreed amount. If there is a problem with your credit card IslandCabins Pty Ltd will contact you via your telephone number or e-mail.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to the Operations Manager, IslandCabins Pty Ltd, 445 Macquarie St South Hobart 7004.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
IslandCabins Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
Children
Children aged 3 and under stay free. Child rates apply upto age 15. A family room could include a foldaway bed and not all locations have cots available so please ensure you call the property in advance of booking to avoid disappointment.
Special Requests
Every effort will be made to carry out special requests, this unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed.
Disabled Guests
IslandCabins properties offer facilities for disabled guests. Please make any special requests to your chosen location directly by telephoning ahead and we will be pleased to assist you.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
IslandCabins will charge for the first nights stay at each of the requested destinations in the event of a no-show without cancellation advice. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival IslandCabins Pty Ltd will charge for the first night at the first location only. If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours ahead then a $20 administrative fee only will be charged .
